Therese blends her experience in Mortgage Lending and Sales Management to foster organizational development and growth. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Management and founded the company's mortgage division, Bankers Preferred. Therese specializes in identifying expansion and investment opportunities, mentoring agents, and company wide training and strategic planning. Currently, she is the Relocation Director and Manager of Apollo Asset Management, the REO and investment arm of the company.

TONETTE CORPUS, ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Tonette is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Prudential California Realty and Bankers Preferred, including reporting, compliance, budgeting and accounting for Rainbow Estates, its property management division. Tonette has an extensive economics and accounting background. Tonette joined the company as our controller in 1993 and works with management on projections and budgeting issues. 

STEVE BELLUOMINI, MANAGER OF SAN MATEO OFFICES

Through Steve's leadership, management and mentorship, he has created a unique team culture in his office environments that help agents and clients succeed. RAY LOMBARDI, MANAGER OF BURLINGAME OFFICE

Manager of the Burlingame office for over 28 years, Ray prides himself on being "the friendliest office in town." Ray has received various awards including Prudential Leadership Award and Manager of The Year. Ray consistently delivers quality service to his clients, agents and staff. He is a supporter of the Lucile Packard Children's Fund and the Shelter Network. His community involvement includes KQED Pledge Night and other endeavors. Ray is a true icon in the San Francisco Peninsula Real Estate arena.  

RICHARD WHIPPLE, MANAGER OF DALY CITY OFFICE

Rick joined the company in 1987 and has an extensive background in real estate construction development and sales management. He began his career working in sales and advanced to management in 1998. Rick currently focuses his time and energy in the areas of agent training and business development. Under Rick's leadership and hands on approach, he creates a dynamic and inspired environment of agents. Driven by a passion for excellence and cross cultural learning, Rick's Daly City enterprise is a market leader.

BEHZAD BOROUMAND, MANAGER OF BANKERS PREFERRED

Behzad is committed to the growth and progress of the company. He is focused on providing the training and infrastructure necessary to position Bankers Preferred as the Bay Areas premier mortgage brokerage. He is truly committed to helping people become homeowners. Before joining Bankers Preferred, Behzad worked in various lending and finance capacities at Citibank and Bank of America. He has a Bachelor Degree from the University of California at Berkeley .

RONNIE ESPIRITU, ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

A team member since 1983, Ronnie has extensive knowledge in all areas of the operation. She began her career working in escrow management and sales. Currently Ronnie focuses her time and energy as Executive Assistant to John and Therese Finnegan. Ronnie handles coordination among all branches in the areas of training, business development, and relocation Ronnie is also responsible for Human Resources Management.

KATRINA FINNEGAN, DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & TECHNOLOGY

Katrina oversees the development and execution of all marketing and technology initiatives. She is instrumental in growing the adoption of technology tools that deliver results to Realtors. She also launched the "Get Connected" program. She has over 8 years of real estate marketing and technology experience. Prior to joining Prudential, she held positions at Gray Cary LLP and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. Katrina received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Society from the University of California at Santa Barbara .
